Eligibility

Service Description
We provide expert Mold Removal with inspection, containment, and cleanup steps.
Quotes
Estimates are based on visible conditions and may change after full inspection.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are written in the agreement.
Cancellations
Cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled work to avoid a small fee.
Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage found during Mold Removal.
Warranty
Satisfaction guarantee covers workmanship for 30 days after project completion.
Intellectual Property
All site content belongs to AC Mold Clean and may not be copied without permission.
Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of the state where the service is performed.
Changes
We may update terms and will post the new version with an updated date.
